Who am I?
I'm Zaenia, a trained Integrative Counsellor registered with BACP who is the founder of Understanding You.
What did I do before?
Since graduating I had a long career in the finance world of Tax combined with raising my family of 3 children. When I was younger I found Counselling a fantastic part of my own life journey and retrained once I was ready to make use of my own naturally empathetic personality, strong intuition and understanding of harder times.

Charges
I currently charge £55 per 50 minute session. I can offer both weekly or fortnightly or flexible or ad hoc slots.
Please note I have Face to Face on Mondays and Tuesdays and Wednesday morning but Zoom sessions at various alternative times are possible.
